It is equal to design value times γ, which is the resistance partial coefficient of material, taking 1.1 for steel. pb is the compressive bearing capacity of joint plate, which also is got by design value multiplying γ.
The strength ratio of I-type SEP is 41.5%, indicating the material behavior of bolts group and joint plate are not reached greatly.

Abstract: The method of cement grouting in surrounding soil can be used to fundamentally prevent and cure the shaft lining rapture by its dual effects of release and restraint vertical addition force.
Grouting materials for cement slurry and fly ash, the mixture ratio for: water: cement: fly ash: J85 accelerating agent= 0.7: 0.25:0.75: 0.025.
