The results showed that the fracture of the impact sample was obviously brittle fracture, and the impact energy absorption of the material was low, indicating that the BOP ram material had low anti-crack growth ability and was prone to brittle fracture.
Conclusions (1) The original crack of the BOP ram in the early stage is the main cause of the fracture; (2) The thick structure in the material causes the material to be brittle and accelerates the fracture of the ram

Material/Methods: A recombinant vaccine was constructed by conjugating mouse alpha-fetoprotein to heat shock protein 70.
Materials and Methods AFP, HSP70 and conjugation Mouse AFP was purchased from the GenWay Biotech, Inc.
Lyophilized material was resuspended in sterile distilled water at 10 mg/ml, aliquoted, and stored at 70°C until use.
Additional enhancement of the T-cell stimulatory effect is DCs engineered to express murine AFP demonstrated a powerful ability to generate tumor-specific immune responses [13,14].

Key words: high-k dielectric, interface state density, rare-earth metal oxide.
The conduction via these defect levels in the band gap of the dielectric may be at the origin of the high leakage currents observed in many high-k materials.

Recently, because of particular uses of Polylactide, a great attention has been given to Polylactide, uses like production of fibres and sustainable packaging materials.
These applications need low environmental effect and materials’ good performance [2].
This make it possible to produce of new materials with high-performance. [6].
Based on the list of performances especially the mechanical, polylactic and halloysite nanotubes nanocomposites are establishing modern biomaterials regard engineering applications especially in car industry.
