Abstract.
Under such circumstance, various effects of high magnetic field have been studied in the materials science and engineering.
It is hoped to find some new properties of materials or special phenomena in these areas.
An interfacial IMC layer plays the joint function between two different materials in many areas, especially in electronic packaging.

Introduction
Nanoparticle materials have been primarily applied to various industries.
Generally, it is necessary to make the nanoparticle into solutions when the nanoparticle materials are employed in an industry [1, 2].
Therefore researches on the above two aspects will provide direction to application of nanoparticles materials.
In this paper, nano scale alumina particle (n-Al2O3) materials and nickel salts were selected to schedule the composite water solution, from which nickel matrix composite (n-Al2O3 / Ni) coatings were prepared by brush electroplating process.
