If compared to the involute helical-spur gear drive of the same size and material, the bearing capacity of the tooth surface would be 2~3 times higher.
Another key point in the researches of circular-arc helical gears is about errors.
If similar bearing torque and the same material is used and the rotation condition is not changed, the volume of power winch can be reduced, cost can be lowered and flexibility of the miniaturization design can be improved because gears with smaller modulus can be used in the design of double circular-arc helical gear.

The suggestions to solve the problems The healthy living environment Healthy living environment designing means to design healthy,comfortable and safety space quality of living environment.Both the comfortable and safety outdoor wind environment,the space environment with smooth ventilation are the keys of living environment designing.In order to avoid the influence of high-rise residential wind environment, we can take the measures to improve as follows:Firstly,on the arrangement and distribution of building group,we can use the ladder form with high middle and low around.In the middle is the highest building,the surrounding buildings’ heights are decreasing,so that can build good streamline building outlines designing with rich layering.
In the aspect of residential itself,we can ues the low carbon building materials to reduce the waste of energy and pollution;In the aspect of living environment,we should pay attention to the balance of ecological and economic benefits’ combination,rational utilize the local natural resources,reduce the use of hard site to expand the natural afforestation.Processing the transitharmonious relationship between residential,afforest and human,ensure the fusion of construction and natural environment,and the harmonious communication between human and nature.

Laser source is the key technology component of Lidar, the characteristics of Laser source directly determines the detection performance of Lidar.
The pulsed Nd3+:YAG laser is a typical Lidar source, because of the high output power, good beam quality, high stability and engineering technology mature making it has wide application in the Lidar [5-7].
In order to reduce the influence of the thermal lens effect, the laser work material adopts Nd3+:YAG crystal rods which have good heat conduction performance, the geometrical dimensions of crystal rods is Φ6×90mm, the doping concentrations of Nd3+ ion is 1.0atm%, the refractive index is 1.8197@1064nm, at both ends of the crystal rod are coated transmittance films that the transmittance 99.75%@1064nm, the laser damage threshold of crystal rods≥500MW/cm2Outside the cavity, using the nonlinear optical effect of KTP crystal and adopting II class phase matching, the 1064 nm light double frequency and output the wavelength of the second harmonic is 532nm.As a result of the KTP crystal frequency doubling efficiency can’t reach 100%, so adopt the narrowband filter will 1064 nm laser filter out, the angle between narrowband filter is placed and optical axis is 45 ° to ensure that the 1064 nm laser is completely filter out.
It’s including the pump efficiency of xenon lamp, the optical coupling efficiency of condensing cavity, the Work material Nd3+:YAG crystal rods on the absorption of the pump efficiency, each optical device insertion loss in the cavity, such as optical device for resonant cavity light energy of reflection, absorption and scattering loss, etc.
