Abstract: Solospun spinning is a new type of wool-spinning methods, Solospun spinning technology principles and characteristics were introduced in the paper, the domestic-manufacture fluted Roller was used on the existing equipment and the production was carried on,In addition to comparing with the traditional ring spinning production ,the structure and performance of two kinds of threads had been tested , the yarn comprehensive performance judgement was also given.it was proofed that the solospun-spinning yarns was better than the ring spinning yarns.
Since Solospun technology is firstly weak twist and then strongl twisting, It makes some Solospun yarn hairiness being involved in the internal thread, thereby reducing the amount of yarn hairiness surface, in particular, the number of long hairiness.Strength of Solospun yarn is higher, smooth surface, with good performance and better wear resistance, which can be woven with single yarns.Solospun yarn has the following features: ⑴ close yarn internal structure closely, and have together increased friction between the fibers , reducing broken end in the spinning process;⑵ crude fiber instead of fine fiber to produce the same quality yarn, the economy has been enhanced⑶ shorten the processing , doubling and twisting processes can be avoided, reducing production costs⑷ lighter fabrics; Experimental raw materials.

This result supports visual and SEM observation that the resin material evaporated.
This could explain why some materials in the present study have a 'rougher' appearance on formation but when heated at 100 oC and 150 oC the surface appeared smoother.

Materials and Methods Preparation of Disks Highly polished 99.5% pure alumina (Al2O3) disks with bulk density of 3.89 g/cm-3 (~97.7% of theoretical density) were purchased from Coors Ceramics Company.
Journal Title and Volume Number (to be inserted by the publisher) 3 HBDC grown on the bioceramic substrata modified with the Mg 2+ showed higher expression levels of β1-, α5, α5β1- and α3β1-integrin receptors, compared to the Mg 2+-free Al2O3.
Together, these results imply that modifying biomaterials with Mg 2+ facilitates integrin-mediated adhesion of bone cells to implant material.
