Abstract.
It can predict the actual force magnitudes or their dependence on material types and cutting conditions.
Because the material of the grinding wheel is CBN, whose specific heat and density are dependence at low temperature, so they can be assumed to be constant. 3D element type was SOLID70 which has eight nodes which have only one degree of freedom for temperature and three directions for heat conduction.

The stress-strain or constitutive relationship for a material depends on many factors, including the homogeneity, isotropy and continuity of the body material, its reaction to loading over a period of time and the rate and magnitude of loading.
If, however, the unit under load is large enough and the environmental and loading conditions are defined with certain limits, it is possible to assume that soils under load can be idealized and treated as linear elastic or nonlinear elastic, and perfectly plastic or work-hardening plastic materials for the purpose of stress and strain analysis, thus providing the necessary stress-strain relationship for the solution of an idealized soil mechanics problem [2].

Forming technology analysis
The part needed to forming was shown in figure 1, which materials is Q235 steel, and sheet thickness is 3 mm.
The workpiece is a connection piece belonging to typical of cutting down raw materials.
(mm)[5] (1) There, F is blanking force, N; k1 is fixed number of concave die materials,k1 is equal to 1.3 for alloy tool steel; k2 is fixed number of concave die around the length, k2 is equal to 1.37 in the design.

The material made of the mast is steel, and was treated as isotropic perfectly elastic material following the generalized Hook’s law.
The stresses distributed on the steel tubes are relatively small, far below the material yield strength.
The maximum equivalent stress is far below the material yield strength, and the mast in drilling condition is safe.
