The process of solving the optimal scheduling problem of the papermaking enterprise's optimization can be divided into two steps: First step, to filter the actual orders in a certain period of time from all customer demanding confirm orders based on existing raw material and finished product stock condition, customer credit rating, the customer actual payment situation, and unifying enterprise's long-term productive plan; Second step , optimizating those confirmed orders to be sure productive time swich sequence.
The improvement genetic algorithm which proposed according to this article solves this order scheduling problem, the key parameter setting is: (1) Initial community number, (2) Difference distance control (3) Genetic evolution algebra (4) Inversion probability starting value P=0.8, takes generally in 0.25 (5) Variation probability starting value q=0.1, the low frequency variation may prevent in the community the important sole gene possible loss, the high frequency's variation will cause the genetic algorithm will tend the pure random searching.
