Maxwell-Stefan Equations Applied to the Modeling of Multi-Component Permeation through a Silicalite-1 Membrane Chunhui Xua, Yunchao Chenb, Anna Pengc, Ningwei Wangd, Hao Shange, Yijun Zhongf and Weidong Zhug Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education for Advanced Catalysis Materials, Institute of Physical Chemistry, Zhejiang Normal University, 321004 Jinhua, P.
To be able to quantitatively describe the membrane behavior in terms of permeation fluxes and separation selectivity with the purpose to design separation and reaction units, good engineering models are needed.
Although the model slightly over-predicts the flux of CO2 in the whole temperature range investigated, the deviation from the experimental observation is considered to be minor, from an engineering point of view.

Scheduling Optimization cell Formation Problem for Cellular Manufacturing System Using Meta-Heuristic Methods M.Saravanan1, a, S.Karthikeyan 2, b * 1Principal, Sri Subramanya College of Engineering and Technology, Palani-624615, India 2 Assistant Professor, Christian College of Engg & Technology, Oddanchatram-624619, India adrmsaravanan@yahoo.com ,b mekarthikeyan@yahoo.co.in Key words: Particle Swarm Optimization, Genetic Algorithm, Cellular Manufacturing system, Rank order clustering Techniques, Job shop environment, scheduling Abstract: Group technology has become a more and more popular concept in manufacturing, which is designed to take advantage of mass production layout and techniques in smaller batch production system.
Group Technology (GT) is the exploitation of the similarities among processes and component designs in such a way that it increases the utilization of resources, and eliminates/reduces non value added activities, i.e., material handling, scraps, downtime, etc [3].
The considered cell scheduling problem can further be extended to include issues relating to material handling time, buffer size constraints, etc.

Such as the United States of America ETC company ADMS for city emergency management at all levels and departments command personnel in key action planning, resource management, emergency response capacity assessment and cooperating with many departments in response to training provides practical experience.
The system can be set in accordance with the prior to the basic parameters of the earthquake data simulation of city buildings and infrastructure of the city disaster situation, provide different levels a range of buildings, lifeline engineering damage status and distribution, direct economic loss, the casualties and homeless numerical and spatial distribution.
According to different height of building structure, materials, construction of buildings, covering fire scene model, scene of each model are maintained in a predetermined scene database, through scripting and event information into a call and display[9], as shown in figure 3.
