According to Lücke et al [6] the dimensionless growth rate can be written as Journal Title and Volume Number (to be inserted by the publisher) 3 2 0 1 2 2 r r dr d r ω ω ω τ + + = (3) Eq. 3 has three parameters: ω0, ω1, and ω2.
Journal Title and Volume Number (to be inserted by the publisher) 5 In the 1D case, Hunderi and Ryum demonstrated that it is sufficient to describe the effect of the environment on the growth rate of one particular grain size class by a function which depends on the mean neighbor grain size only.

Testing analysis on rock fatigue life due to affecting factors under uniaxial compression REN Jian-xia, ZHANG Yin-heb, LI Qing-yuanc , Zhang Kund School of Architecture and Civil Engineering,Xi’an University of Science and Technology, Xi’an 710054,China aRenjianxi1968@163.com , bzhangyinhe013@sohu.com,c lqywy@hotmail.com,dzhangkun0833@163.com Key words: rock, uniaxial compression, fatigue life, cyclic loading, affecting factors Abstract: Using the rock mechanics multi-function testing machine named RMT150B, the testing study on rock fatigue life due to different affecting factors under uniaxial compression condition are accomplished.
Test equipments and test methods This test is accomplished on the rock mechanics multi-function test machine---RMT150B manufactured by the Institute of Rock Mechanics in Chinese Academy of Science.
The deformation of the specimens consists of two parts: elastic deformation and plastic deformation, that is If (1) So (2) For a closed path, (3) So (4) Missing materials are defined as follows (5) For this kind of condition it can get cyclic plastic strain energy (6) So each cycle of strain energy is directly related to stress amplitude. The bigger stress is, the greater the area of each loop, the more the energy for the extension is, the shorter fatigue life will be.

Introduction The so-called new rural community planning and construction is not equal to village renovation, neither simple population aggregation, instead[1], during planning and construction, it should change the living and production mode of the farmers, improve their living quality, save land, adjust and optimize industrial structure, promote agricultural modernization, develop the second and third industry of the rural area[2], promote the local and nearby transfer employment of farmers, and speed up shortening the gap between urban and rural areas, thus, farmers can share the achievements in material civilization and spiritual civilization because of economic development and social progress.
Various government services are completely covered, such as education, health, culture, sports, science and technology, law, family planning, employment, social insurance, social security, and social welfare, etc, and people can transact a lot of issues without leaving the community. (4) Living environment is very beautiful.
Invest financial resources, material resources and manpower to construct long-effect management mechanism, spare no effort to solve some problems, for example the rubbish in the rural area is often stacked at will, sewage turbulently flows, sundries are left at a mess, and buildings are constructed with law violations, etc, improve people’s living and swelling environment, and create conditions to develop village tourism.
