The large magnetic entropy change effect under low magnetic field of the sample makes it an optimal candidate of room temperature magnetic refrigeration materials.
Introduction A great progress has been made in recent years on near room temperature magnetic refrigerant materials research.
Studies need to be done on Giant entropy change materials of magnetic induced phase transition in particular need to focus on the structure of the magnetic system of caused by the material, which is believed to be the direction of future studies of the magnetic refrigeration working material.

And part Ⅲ in the table reflects purchased raw materials, fuel and electricity’s consumption situation, its element vij means the material consumption about certain type of row i’s purchased materials to column j’s products in statistical period.
At last, the element Gj in part Ⅳ reflects the total consumption amount of purchased materials.
The raw materials grinding and clinker grinding takes up 10.19% and 5.49% of the whole carbon dioxide emission respectively.

Silicon carbide (SiC) is one of the ideal electronic materials for producing high-temperature, high-frequency, and high-power electronic devices.
Introduction SiC, as a typical representative of third-generation wide bandgap semiconductor materials, has the characteristics of high critical breakdown field strength, high thermal conductivity, high electron saturation drift velocity, large bandgap width, and strong radiation resistance [1,2].

Lynch et al.[16] have observed
that the cementitious materials (e.g. fiber reinforced cementitious composites (FRCC)) are semi-conducting
materials and they exhibit piezoresistive properties when mechanically loaded.
