ASI four stages mode [4] 2.2 KANO model KANO model is put forward by the Noriaki Kano doctor of Japanese Tokyo science university, doctor Kano and so on In 1979, and put forward“Quality is not a dimensional structure, traditional for quality cognition is defect”.In the KANO model defines the five types of customer demand, thus derived five kinds of product quality, as shown in figure 2[5].
According to science steps and scientific statistics method to get customer requirements for need, in this paper don't make much account.
Just as its name implies, in a particular problem, collect all material, according to the mutual compatibility analyses these material, will information classification, finally obtaining unified understanding and coordination work, in order to solve the problem of a kind of method.
