The seawall engineering structure itself and its operating environment is extremely complex, because the late seawall is often built on the early dike bodies, which may have been repaired and reinforced for several times[1] .From the security situation investigations and detections of some seawall, the phenomena such as subsidence and cracks on the embankment top, disengaging in the bottom of the slope and cracks in the concrete of parapet wall and sluice bottom board are very common, as well as weaknesses such as tree branches, straw bag , cotton and other material not conducive to safe, which is left by seawall construction and emergency reinforcement[2,3].In addition, the permeability of the foundation itself and adverse geological may also do harm to the seawall.
However, the conductivity values at 7.5m depth of the segment with serial number 1-33 are stable at 30-35mS/m or so, significantly higher than the number of 34-75 segments, which can be inferred that the center soil of the embankment dike body is relatively loose or the filling soil material is different from other segments.

Feng Yuqiang has researched a contour matching method based on material information internal contour[5].
These methods singly aim at geometric feature and position information or singly non-geometry information such as material, so there are many limitations when them are used to deal with irregular defects contours.
