Introduction
Metal sheets are widely used in manufacturing variety products, their quality will directly affect that of products, thus, techniques for nondestructive testing (NDT) defect assessment is of great importance to guarantee security service and service life of materials and their components.

Displacement limited mechanism
Only the damping rubber of the restrainer play a role in the frequent earthquake, as the rubber is a kind of viscoelastic material which dissipates energy by its hysteresis character and extends the structure’s natural period.
(3) In spite of negligible increase to the earthquake response of isolated bridge substructure, it may still control the bridge substructure to be in a ideal scope in earthquakes as long as the high damping rubber material which has more effective energy dissipation is chosen reasonably and establish reasonably of the coupling collar device.

Introduction
Titanium nitride (TiN) is a new type of industrial materials, increasingly compelling over the past two
decades.
With the development of semiconductor technology, an in-depth study of thin film microstructure and electrical properties of materials, superior electrical properties were obtained with titanium nitride films.

Some materials, especially those with worse machinability, cannot be cut at all with these technologies.
These limiting factors have led to the development of so-called unconventional methods suitable for machining and cutting materials.

Neither needle
precipitation phase nor cracks were observed from the base material, the border between the base
material and the cladding part, and the cladding part.
However, since a crack can occur while welding at normal temperature, ductility must be provided to the base material so that the material can withstand the contraction stress of the welding part due to heating of the base material while welding.
