Base design should pay attention to the protection of traditional residential culture, conform with the local natural conditions, using the local building materials, and following the regional architectural features.(2) maintain the farmland landscape.
Promote ecological agriculture vigorously. The ecological agriculture sees agricultural as an open ecology, economy and technology compound system, follow the natural and economic laws, the use of ecology principles, systematic engineering methods and modern science and technology, organizing and planning the agricultural production according to local conditions[3].
Our country region is vast, differences between natural conditions, resources foundation, the economy and social development level is large , people should construct multilevel agriculture ecological system according to regional actual situation, using the biological mutual benefit symbiotic relationship form a multi-level agricultural ecosystem, and through the food chain network, and comprehensive utilization of agricultural waste resources, give full play to the resource potential and species diversity advantage, so as to establish a good material cycle system, and promote the agricultural steady development, realize the unity of rural economic, social and ecological benefits .
Joint participation of all residents, and active maintenance of the ecological environment are the key links to solve ecological environment problems.

Based on field practice and analysis, it is found that weighted mud displacement has the following disadvantages: A Generally, weighted mud has a larger viscosity, which is not profitable to increase the pump speed and improve the displacement efficiency; B It takes a lot of labor power and material resources for the preparation of weighted mud, resulting in the increase of workload and loss of materials; C The weighted mud remained in the wellbore may affect the well logging in the later stage.

Abstract.
The method mainly tests the change of material’s property with continuous temperature change.
Commonly used methods are: step-by-step cooling curve method, differential thermal analysis, thermal expansion method, conductivity method, hot quality standard and X-ray diffraction method, etc. 2) Statistic method: usually, the relationship between material properties and temperature is measured with temperature preservation.
The experiments needed are mostly based on manmade material mixture.
Therefore, the activity coefficients become a key factor in the process of phase diagram calculation.

It might be very common factors such as machine failure, resource breakdown, material and labour shortage as always issued in manufacturing industry.
While, [7] has identified 5 types of uncertainty as follow; · Technical risk – scope change, technology selection, implementation technology selection, equipment risk, material risk and engineering/design change
This uncertainty model should constructive with decision-making support by communicating the uncertainty using science engineering/project management interface.
The factors were generated through conversations, discussions and observations along with the project contractors and construction engineer.

Abstract.
Manufacturing can be defined as the process of converting materials from one form to the form that customer’s desire.
A manufacturing system is an integration of machines, materials, humans, material handling devices and computers.
Each year, billions of dollars are spent on maintaining engineering equipment all over the world, and for manufacturing and process industry, service suppliers, maintenance practice is market driven.
To ensure the availability of installed production facilities for efficient use, there is need to have effective maintenance engineering systems (Damilare and Olasunkanmi, [6]).
