The horizontal component paralleled to the surface of materials plays a dominant role when the incident angle of liquid is 30°, the morphology of scoured surface of materials is presented wavy folds, and there are more short-cutting marks at the same time.
The solid particles with high speed cut the surface of sample continuously, which made the materials loss constantly (Fig 2a).
Therefore, we should first consider the hardness of materials at the small incident angle, both consider plasticity of materials; in a large incident angle, priority should be given to the plasticity of materials, both the hardness of materials.
