Introduction Modern building solutions demand permanent and good quality building materials such as bricks with excellent heat insulation and freeze-proof roof-tiles [1,2,3].

Experimental
The substrate material used in this study is type AISI 304N stainless steel (Fe-18Cr-9Ni-0.16N nominally).
TAFALOY 45CT( Ni-45Cr-1Ti nominally) and pure aluminum (99.9 wt%) were employed for the arc spraying materials which are in the shape of f2-mm wire.
