Abstract: The arch gear pump is a new kind of gear pump.
Spur gear pump has been widely used for the advantage on price, reliability, service life of pump and self-priming capacity[1].In recent 30 years, many scholars and engineering persons do a lot of study on the trapping oil phenomenon of spur gear pump and various method have been developed to solve it.
Taking advantage of smooth transmission, low noise, high efficiency, long service life, convenient to install, Arch cylindrical gears will have broad application prospects as a basic component of mechanical engineering[6].

Introduction Among various oxide semiconductor, Ti-based materials is the most promising and challenging investigated materials because of its characteristics of high chemical stability, nontoxic, low cost and unique photoinduced electron transfer.
Many different preparation methods have been reported for preparing Ti-based photocatalyst materials.
The prepared materials exhibited cylindrical pores with a diameter of 7.3 nm arranged in a 2D hexagonal fashion and a surface area of 438.9 m2 g-1.
The synthesized materials can be used for many potential applications, such as for use as catalyst/photo catalyst supports or electrodematerials.
