Lewin, J.[3] thought that the use of a single-stage stream power measure and bed material size alone is unlikely to achieve meandering or braiding discrimination.
Luchi, R.[6] researched based on existing field and experimental observations propose two different mechanisms(width-forced and curvature-forced) generate central topographical patterns in meanders, and from this analytical modelling framework model obtain these morphological features may represent key elements distinguishing between different meander behaviours as well as bridging between pure single-thread and transitional morphologies.

Combined with the practical situation of Nuozhadu and the analysis result of ecological environment reports made by the departments in preparation period of Nuozhadu project, three categories of risk receptors within the scope of evaluation are chosen as the environmentally sensitive goals: ecologically sensitive areas (nature reserves and protection areas for soil and water loss), rare animals and rare plants (key class to protect and indigenous species).
(2) Ecologically sensitive regions: Key protection areas for soil and water loss.
Supposing the manpower and material resources used in ecological protection account 1 million RMB, U1, U2, U3,could respectively be distributed 267000, 408000, 325000 RMB.
From the view of changing the risk sources, the reservoir inundation height is established by engineering design that is not easy to change.

Example
Engineering Information.
For geologic ages, genetic types and engineering specifices, there are mainly three layers of the soil under the foundation: silty clay, silt and siltage, each material parameters of which are shown in Table 1.
Its gradation and engineering property are good.

Today, materials with high thermal hardness, high tensile strength, and sufficient thermal conductivity such as powder metallurgy (PM) high-speed steels are more frequently used.
These developments pose challenges to fine machining operations and require further investigation of the process and the cutting materials [2].

Electrically conductive (EC) materials in yarn shape dominate the first group.
In preliminary studies, various polymeric materials are tested as coating for EC yarns.
Methods and Materials Silver-plated yarns.
In Table 1 the yarn materials are shortly presented due to their characteristics given by producer.

A few
reports are available in the current literature in which the microstructural features of cell materials are
concerned.
Experimental procedure Materials.
All of the three materials were prepared through the casting process, which has been described in Ref [12] in details.
This strongly suggests that non-destructive observation by the micro-tomography is clearly valuable for these materials.
These alloying elements are of production process origin in the present materials.
