Compared with general machining and forging process, precision forging method can form gear’s tooth directly without machining, which can improve the properties and save materials.
In common cold finish forging process, decrease of the gear free surface may cause confined flow of the material.
Top die is the master, its velocity is 35mm/s, and its material is 65Ni.
The bigger the diameter, the more the material flows to the center hollow, result that it is more difficult to fill in the tooth.

The parameters of temperature loads and material are shown in the Table 1.
A eight-node element with three degrees of freedom—axial displacement and radial displacement was selected for materials’ simulation.

Abstract.
This value is then compared to the theoretical amount of CO2 which could be generated if all of the carbon in the test material were converted to CO2.
Material and Methods It was constructed an apparatus according the [5] and this is shown in the Fig. 4a.

Mainly they are the remains of the technological cooling fluid, remains of the solid particles of the material of grinding wheel and metal material removed from the machined object.
Typical impurity on roller's head: a) whole surface in liquid, b) individual liquid's dot, c), d) stain of liquid on the grinding surface, e) solid parts of grinding material (all pictures taken with the same light conditions) The method description To fulfil the requirements of the vision methods the roller must be cleaned from the gathered impurities before the inspection process [3, 4].
After cleaning, in different lighting conditions, several defects could be exposed, such as grinding defects, forging defects, hardening defects, material lacks and corrosion.
