Materials and methods Materials Lumps of K-feldspar containing K2O 14.81%, taken from Jiaozuo , Henan province, were ground and sieved to six grinding samples with different particle sizes ,that is, -20 mesh, -80 mesh, -100 mesh, -120 mesh, -160 mesh, - 220 mesh; Sintering additives are sodium chloride and calcium chloride, both are technical grade.

Project management is going to be a new management mode as a kind of science methods[3,4].
We can conclude from each stage’s work contents, request and purpose of martial equipments maintenance project management: establishing phase is a starting point; planning stage is to plan and prepare; technique preparation of preparing phase is a means, material, supply preparation is guarantee; maintenance phase is to put into practice; ending phase is to summary results.
Reasonable plan maintenance can benefit reasonable arrangement of manpower, material resources and financial power, good preparation before fixing, real-time repair, low repair stop time, low maintenance cost, and low stop work loss.
During the course of military modernization and normalization developments, management, maintenance and fix martial equipments well, establishing these work on the basis of modern science technology management is our concern problems.
