This algorithm reallocates data with respect to changing data access pattern for each fragment in which data is maintained in current site, migrated or created new replicas on remote sites depend on accessing frequency and average response time.
Thus, in a well-designed distributed database 90% of the data should be found at the local site, and only 10% of the data should be accessed on a remote site [1].
In dynamic data allocation strategy, data fragments are reallocated according to the changing data access patterns.
In this data allocation and replication policy, we assume the existence of one primary copy for each replica in the network. n data fragments are considered n master replicas.
Thus, the data placement problem is solved as follows.

An equally important endeavour is the development of algorithms to manipulate that data in objective ways to extract quantitative measures of microstructure.
The most obvious quantitative processing of EBSD data includes contouring and colour coded displays of orientation on pole and inverse pole figures.
If a formal statistical test of similarity is required, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test should be used on data cast in cumulative histograms [5].
It should be noted that there are some problems calculating boundary lengths on gridded data.
Our point here though is that boundary density vs. misorientation constitutes basic data upon which to build models for microstructural development.

Attributes reduction is the main tooling for data analysis [5].
In the process of reasoning, the results are completely depended on the data and no any subjective experience interference, so as to be more objective.
Therefore the defined information expressed system can be obtained conveniently with relation data table, where a line expresses a attribute of corresponding equivalence relation, where a column expresses a case.
And then the decision table of attribute reduction is calculated again on attribute importance, until the all 0)( >kD aW can be obtained.

This can help to achieve the goal of energy conservation and energy-consumption reduction in large public building.
Meanwhile, the control node also provides alarm, data logging, reports, calculations and other characteristics.
What it's designed to do is to deliver continuous data when Internet connection was limited or the area of cable transmission can't achieve. while receiving data from Zigbee center node, the monitor server is responsible for data report regularly, and completes the request from data centre of the municipal or provincial In order to management data conveniently, Regional data transmission server is set up by the municipal or provincial data center, which responsible for collecting the data regularly.
Regarding has the jurisdiction user, can log in the on-site monitoring center server and visit the provincial and municipal data center server for data querying.

In this paper, the traffic flow data before and after the FSM Bridge maintenance are presented along with the marine line data, especially for the redistribution of the traffic during the rehabilitation work at the FSM Bridge.
According to these results, the capacity reduction on FSM Bridge was satisfied by marine transportation and Bosphorus Bridge.
Table 3 provides the passenger data from the City Ferry Lines after the FSM Bridge maintenance works started.
As can be seen from the data, the maintenance works on FSM Bridge generated remarkable increases in marine transportation of Istanbul, especially on peak lines and lines around Bosphorus Bridge.
Based on the findings from the data, we recommend new parallel marine lines in Bosphorus, encouragement of highway vehicles (especially bus and minibus service vehicles) to take efficient new ferryboat lines, more efficient usage of existing city line ferries thus relieving highway traffic.

Hydrogen significantly decreased the plastic deformation capability of HAZ and the reduction of area after the fracture decreased by 58%, 41%, and 45% at 1300 °C, 1100 °C, and 850 °C, respectively.
To guarantee the reliability of test data, three parallel specimens were measured in each group in the slow strain tensile tests.
The percentage reduction of area of all the regions of HAZ in 321 stainless steel after EHC is higher than that of base material.
Compared with the situation without EHC, the percentage reduction of area of welding HAZ and base material both significantly decreased under the condition of dynamic EHC.
The fracture mode on the specimen surface and near the specimen surface was intergranular plus transgranular cracking, and that in the center was a dimple fracture. 2) Embrittlement due to the increase of temperature can be seen by reduction of total elongation and also the reduction of area. 3) The existence of δ ferrite is the main reason for the decrease in hydrogen-induced plasticity index.
