Most of the research work mentioned above is focused on the hygrothermal properties of composite materials.

Materials and methods Soil samples and their parent rocks.
The variations of electrochemical properties in our results are also induced by these reasons, especially by differences in parent materials.
Surface potential is an important parameter in fields such as colloid and surface chemistry, nano material, soil science, ecology, environment science, biology and chemical engineering, so it has been an important issue ever since.
Physical weathering dominates in the soil-forming process of purple soil, and their parent materials and rocks showed that other indicator characters of soil genesis were lower free iron content and clayization coefficient, weak loss or enrichment of elements, higher silt-clay ratio and the similarity of silica-alumina ratios between soils, parent materials and bed rocks [22].

Introduction Zinc oxide (ZnO), a II-VI group compound semiconductor with an energy band gap of 3.3 eV at room temperature, is a very promising material for electronic device applications due to its wide band gap and large exciton binding energy of 60 meV [1].
In the application part, ZnO-based organic composite materials have recently been attracted for the fabrication of next-generation nonvolatile ultrahigh-density memory devices [21].
The photoluminescence study of ZnO is interesting because it can provide valuable information on the quality and purity of the materials.
The memory mechanism obtained in polymer-nanocomposites materials is not yet explained well, however the trapping and detrapping of charges in inorganic nanoparticle is considered as the basis for this memory effect of polymer and inorganic nanocomposites devices [21, 22].
