Conventional oil and grease are no longer satisfying these requirements, so the solid self-lubricating composite materials emerge as the times require.
The composition of bath formula was NiSO4•6H2O 150g/L, NiCl2•6H2O 30g/L, H3BO3 25g/L, Na2SO4 12.5g/L, BN nano-particles (200μm) 0.5-1.5g/L (Momentive Performance Materials Inc., USA ).

As an alternative for reducing the environmental impact arises a new class of materials, the biopolymers.
This mixture forms a new class of materials which are bionanocomposites obtained from polymer blends with addition of chemically modified clays [4].
