Abstract.
In assemble to order (ATO) enviroment, the companies have stock of material for their products in inventory and when customer orders are recieved by them, they just take the parts from their stock and assemble them according to the customer requirement.

In spite of a large structural dissimilarity between them, the similarity in ionic radius between Mg2+ (0.57Å) and Zn2+ (0.60Å) allows some replacement in either structure.[5] Since Ohtomo et al.[6] realized hexagonal-phase Zn1-xMgxO thin films by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) in 1998, their structural and optical properties have been well studied.[7,8] However, their electrical properties were seldom reported because of the rather high resistivity of intrinsic n-type Zn1-xMgxO thin films and the obstacle of realizing p-type conduction,[9] in spite of their great and urgent key importance in p-n junction optoelectronic devices.

Abstract.
Introduction “Core competence”, “skills” and “resources”, which are key words of resource-based view of the firm, are included in the VE definition of NIIIP and PRODNET II, but as these research project’s main body is mainly the personnel who are engaged in the engineering technology research, and these, together with rapid development and swift expansion of information, networking technologies in the 1990’s, caused these research projects mainly focused on how to realize inter-organizational cooperation from perspective of engineering technologies, i.e., focused on studying the integration issue of heterogeneous and distributed information systems.
Outsourcing means more than just the purchase of raw material and standardized intermediate goods.

Abstract: There are much more disharmonious problems in the process of product design because the environment factory of the product design could not be considered fully and systematically.
The key problems of harmonious design based on society environment are: 1) Disharmonies between products and political environment: The basic national conditions that China is a populous socialism country must be considered in product design.

To succeed in such conditions, developing market companies must minimize their labor costs, materials, market strategies, and much else to pull in customers.
The pressure from Cost was measured testing the respondents whether the rising cost of raw materials or different inputs had displayed a major pressure in the past two years.
The discoveries substantiate the thought that increase costs of raw materials and other inputs upsurge the likelihood of an organization’s performing irresponsibly.

At such scale, novel properties and functions are exhibited by materials because of size effect.
It is therefore, the engineering of functional systems at the molecular scale.
Nanoparticles are the key building blocks for the fabrication of new materials due to their unusual size dependent properties [2].
Such materials are commonly known as semi-magnetic semiconductors (SMSC) or dilute magnetic semiconductors (DMS).
