Alternatively, the conferences or seminars regarding the health education can be regularly held in the hospitals and post the contents onto the websites for the general public to browse the films and download the briefings and other materials.
The results of the structural model show that web quality factors (system quality, information quality, and service quality), online trust are key aspects affecting health websites’ outcomes (web usage, web satisfaction, and web loyalty).
Accordingly, in the developing and maintaining phase of online health websites, system engineers and managers should value simultaneously system functions, health contents, and follow up service in order to pursue better web quality.
