Research results indicate that the regulation design is feasible and the treating technique is appropriate by using new technology, methods and materials.
We should improve the treating techniques and adopt new technologies and materials because of the limitation of existing construction in span time.

Introduction With the development of the science and technology, sensing techniques have been widely applied in many fields, such as industrial production, medical hygiene and traffic transportation, etc..
The sensor performance can be evaluated based on the following aspects: 1) penetration depth (the penetration depth of the electric field lines); 2) signal strength (the value of the capacitance) and noise suppression; 3) measurement sensitivity (the sensitivity of the voltage and electric field changes) and the measurement dynamic range of the sensor [5, 6].The design parameters of the sensor are: 1) geometric shape of the sensor excitation and detective plates; 2) materials of the sensor electrodes; 3) the number of the sensor electrodes and gaps between the electrodes. 4) The selection for the shape and location of the shield electrode of the capacitive sensor.

Experimental Investigation of Neutron Irradiation Effect on Silica-based Erbium-Doped Fiber Amplifier Jing Ma1, Qingfeng Liu2,a, Liying Tan3 1,2,3 Institute of Opto-Electronics, National Key Laboratory of Tunable Laser Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, Science Park 2A-233, Harbin 150080, Heilongjiang, P.
On the ground, a certain higher gain and lower noise figure could be reached by high doping concentration of erbium, thus the length of fiber could be shortened[1], then the radiation induced loss weakened, however, higher-doped technology such as adding other materials, would lower the erbium fiber mechanical strength[2].
