Abstract: Coal spontaneous combustion is a complex procedure of physical and chemical changing, in which the macro characters is the reflection of micro changes of coal molecule structure in low temperature oxidation.
The relation between the microstructure change and spontaneous combustion properties of coal in the process is discussed. 2 Infrared Spectra (IR) Experiment Principle and Condition 2.1 The Experiment Principle Infrared spectrum is the absorption spectrum caused by vibration energy level transition generated by the bonding atoms in the molecules of material that absorbs the infrared radiation.
The key functional groups which control the coal and oxygen compounding is understood and the coal spontaneous combustion mechanism is reveals. 2.2 Experimental Conditions Coal Samples Preparation.

It is verified seemingly what Ray Thomas pointed out in the preface of Tomorrow’s Garden City edited in 1985: “all kinds of comments on Howard are at the expense of key ideas”.
Actually viewing, there are two misunderstandings in pursuit of garden city thought: one is to downsize “garden city”, that is to excessively attach importance to simulation of material space and step on formalized road, which widely exist in so-called perfect residence planning; the other is to make “garden city” poetized, that is to make the concept of garden city placed in the countryside and pursue “free and relaxed, careless and comfortable” life.

With the solvent evaporated away, fibers were randomly deposited on the collector. [1-5] By now, numerous polymer-based nanofibers, as well as metal, ceramic and glass nanofibers have been prepared by electrospinning, and their potential applications in optoelectronics, sensors, catalysis, textiles, filters, fiber reinforcement, tissue engineering, drug delivery, and wound healing etc. have also been extensively explored (for a review see Refs. 1 and 6-9).
An electrospun planar-aligned TiO2 nanowire array produced by using a specially designed collector system was introduced into hybrid photovoltaic cells, leading to substantial enhancements in the photoinduced current and power conversion efficiency. [11] Li et al. have reported a simple yet effective method that uses epoxy as an adhesive material to produce junctions between nanofibers.
