Abstract:This essay presents an experimental study about softening effect of weak acid hydrogen type resin on viscous oil sewage of an oil production plant through ion exchange technique, and the test results show that: when the first level of ion exchange column adopts weak acid hydrogen type resin and the second level adopts weak acid sodium type resin,
Within the ion exchange method, it is a key to choose proper resin; research shows that large-pore type weak acid cation resin has strong capacity to absorb Ca2+ and Mg2+ from viscous oil sewage, with high absorption capacity and thorough absorption[7,8].
Water quality index and test apparatus 1.1 Water quality index Table 1 is the water quality index of the effluent of viscous oil sewage reuse treatment process of an oil production plant; the second-level filtration effluent is generated from the viscous oil sewage through sedimentation and air floatation and then through a double-filter material filter and a multi-media filter in sequence, wherein the alkalinity is above 10 times higher than hardness, so as to be the typical “negative hard water”.

Specifically, the first key scandal involved Ford (2000–2001), where several accidents reported due to faulty tires resulted in 103 deaths; hence 14.4 million tires were recalled [61, 62].
The normative pressure arises from customers demanding ecologically sustainable vehicles and being willing to pay extra to get renewable materials in their cars [61, 67].
Literature Review The automobile manufacturing industry is a key industrial and economic force worldwide, which confronts strict emission regulations [27, 42].
Likewise, green technology is related to production technology, such as cleanups for reducing pollution and the materials used to produce environmentally friendly cars [26].

Key words: ZnO, TiO2, Composite film, Dye sensitized solar cell, Sol-gel method Abstract ZnO nanorod/TiO2 nanoparticle composite films were prepared by a sol-gel method, in which the slurry of TiO2 nanoparticles (NPs) were penetrated into ZnO nanorod arrays.
Among the various approaches adopted for improving DSSCs, one structural design for the photoelectrode material, typically consisting of semiconductor oxide made of TiO2 NPs coated with a monolayer of sensitizer, has been extensively investigated [3].

Abstract.
Usui's characteristic equation of adhesive wear, wear rate is dependent on temperature at tool face, normal stress and relative sliding velocity at tool/chip and tool/work interface, as shown in eq. 1 )exp( ffsCvw θλσ − =& (1) where w& is wear rate, i.e. the wear volume per unit area and unit time; sv is the relative sliding velocity of workpiece material on the tool face, fσ the normal stress, fθ the absolute temperature; C and λ are constants, their value for the combination of carbon steel and carbide P20 are given in Table 1.

The temperature fluctuation can cause changes in material properties, geometrical size and mechanical properties, which would affect the temperature coefficient of bias and scale factor of the SRA.
Hence the temperature has been one of the most important error sources limiting the SRA performance, and the key challenge for engineering application of SRA.

It has been pointed out that the injector doping density is one of key parameters in QCL optimisation [16-19, 22-24].
Similar effects have been reported for 3QW designs with lower Al content (33%) in the barrier material [2,5].
