A considerable amount of lignocellulosic materials are waste by-products being generated through agricultural practices mainly from different agro-based industries.
Materials and Methods Sugarcane bagasse, stored approximately one month after harvesting and milling, was collected from a local milling company in Northern Cebu.
The total extractives (hexane-, water-, and ethanol-soluble materials) in dried SCB (~10 g) was removed with via Soxhlet extraction using n-hexane as solvent for 8 hours followed by distilled water for 24 hours and ethanol for 24 hours.
The moisture and ash content determination were carried out following the procedure for proximate analysis described by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), method ASTM D1762-84 [44].

In this paper, developed a new type of extinguishing agent for grassland fire, which based on ammonium phosphate, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate powder extinguishing agent after the treatment of the ultrafine , the particle size become smaller and the surface area increased significantly, surface activity increased that the fire extinguishing efficiency would be greatly enhanced [3-5] ,the new grassland fire extinguishing agent not only has these advantages, but also environmentally friendly, high extinguishing efficiency, relatively low cost. 1 实Experiment 1.1 实验原料Experimental Materials 磷酸二氢铵、云母粉、滑石粉、白炭黑,活性白土均为工业品、 ND1 (含碳酸盐的一种化合Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, mica, talc, white carbon black, activated clay, ND1 (a compound of contain carbonate).

Such solidification structure is always associated with a so called macrosegregation phenomenon which is essentially a deviation of alloying concentration from the average nominal composition of the materials over distances much larger in comparison with the dendrite arm spacing [1, 2].
Charge material consisted of small pieces cut off from the steel bar and Ce in the form of mixture of powder was added to the charge prior to melting in case of 42CrMo4Ce steel.
