Abstract.
The key issue for all renewable energy utilizations is the cost and the marketability [1].
The rotor blades mass imbalance, which may be caused by the loose of material inside the rotor or icing covers the blades [7], can be described as a virtual mass m, which is located at a virtual distant rR from the rotor axis.

Abstract.
Dam heel stress is a key control indicator for arch dams.
Inversion analysis should also be conducted on the thermal parameters of the actual performance of dam concrete according to the measured air temperature, water temperature, sun exposure, other boundary conditions, and the thermal parameters of concrete materials obtained in material tests.

Abstract.
E.S.Lee thought that factors which attribute to the improvement of the migrants' living conditions in the area of destination are tensions; whereas those negative social and economic conditions exist in the area of origin are thrusts; the distance of migrating, barrier of material needs, language and culture difference and the value judgment of migrants themselves on those factors during the migrating process are resistances.
