Nano particles of Cobalt oxide (Co3O4) was prepared by green chemistry method using plant resources.
SEM studies showed the spherical morphology of the nano particles and the coatings exhibited rod like structure.
The nano particles exhibit spherical spinal shape with few rod type structures.
The FTIR spectra of CoONPs consists of strong absorption peaks at 566 cm-1 and 660 cm-1 which is due to the stretching vibration of cobalt and oxygen (Co-O) confirming the spinal structure of nano particles [31].

The choice of analytical tools suitable to study the interface chemistry of high-k oxides on Si is therefore of prime importance.
A few oxide/Si interface chemistry such as that of HfO2/SiO2 has been investigated by using synchrotron radiation XPS (SRXPS).
The results being obtained are applicable to many of the rare earth oxide epitaxially grown on Si due to the similarities in the structure and the reaction mechanisms.
It is suggested that these procedures are likely to be applicable to other rare earth oxide epitaxially grown on Si since they have similar structures and growth mechanisms.

It is demonstrated that the model, without any retuning, only accounting for the variations in alloy chemistry and deformation conditions is capable of predicting the stress-strain for a range of compositions, strain rates and temperatures.
The Model A new approach to the modelling of sub-structure evolution and work hardening during plastic deformation was recently proposed by Nes [1] and has been further developed by Nes, Marthinsen and co-workers [2-4].
By combining the solution for the dislocation storage problem with models for dynamic recovery of network dislocations and sub-boundary structures, a general internal state variable description is obtained.
At small strains the stored dislocations are arranged in a cell structure characterised by cell size, δ, cellwall thickness, h, and wall dislocation density, ρb, and density within cells, ρi.

From the viewpoint of modern quantum chemistry, the transition metal iron has a distributing structure of the outer electron is 4s23d6[4][5-6], with the existing of free electron in it, showed in Tab.2 and Fig.4.
This quantum chemistry mechanism could be explained that the magnetic changes the spin state of the outer electrons and controls the intersystem which impact the route of some chemistry reaction and their production showed in Fig.5.
Surface structure of desulphurization production Table2.
In short, Fe2O3 as an active center changed the laws of the desulfurization reaction, and the magnetic field changed the characteristics of product and gas diffusion characteristics through varying the micro pore structures of particles surface.
