Introduction
State Key Laboratory in China is an important scientific research base for basic and high technology research, undertaking the sacred mission of promoting China's science and technology development and cultivating high-level talents.
The present situation and problems of key laboratories in China 1.1 Incomplete system of research application in key laboratories The current practice of research application in State Key Laboratory is: laboratory focuses on supporting international frontiers and social hot issues which are in agreement with the general orientation of laboratory research, with little consideration or attention to those prospective and valuable individual subjects but not in the range of current laboratory research application. If these individual subjects are denied blindly in long time, researchers would become less innovative and their enthusiasm for scientific research would be suppressed. 1.2 Rigid system of selecting and training talents in key laboratory When selecting talents in state key laboratory, some universal standards are applied such as the number of papers published in core journals, national or other prizes as well as subjects they have done.
In accordance with the characteristic of high proportion of knowledge-based talents in laboratory, people have to satisfy their material needs.
Thusit is obvious that motivations should transform from material motivation to material and spiritual motivation, establishing a more comprehensive motivation system.

Copper metal generally used as a ohmic contack material.
Considering of metal atoms, used as a back contact material, not only as a acceptor dopand in bulk but also as a dopand in GBs in determining the electronic density state and the height of barrier and in understanding the effects of the type of the back contact metal atom and dopand concentrations on electronic activity of the GBs are, therefore, have crucial importance in terms of fabrication of solar cells.

Abstract.
Material Flotation tests: The ore sample was obtained from Mengzi mine includes galena, marmatite, chalcopyrite, pyrite, pyrrhotite, cassiterite and other nonmetallic minerals.
X-41 (Main chemical components: Cu≧12%, S≧18%, O≧48%, H≧4.5%) from Kunming University of Science and Technology with industrial purity is used as activator too.

Introduction
Because of the hardness and brittleness of the engineering ceramics and the completely different nature compared with metal materials, it is difficult to use conventional cutting methods for metal processing; most of the ceramic materials are poor conductors of electricity, and their electrical processing methods such as electrical discharge machining (EDM) are generally not applicable, which makes the processing of ceramic materials greatly limited and prevents the ceramic materials from being widely used.
When Z>1.0mm, the temperature of ceramic materials had no difference from ambient temperature.
Therefore, grinding temperature of ceramic materials had a huge effect on the temperature rise on the surface.
