The Research on the System of Talent Cultivation in State Key Laboratory

Abstract:

Talent is one of the key factors to determine the long-term development of the State Key laboratory. With the appearance of inadaptability and imperfection, the system of traditional talent cultivation should be combined with the characteristics of laboratory research personnel, establishing the people-oriented concept. This article, based on the management motivation reinforcement theory, combines with the current situation of key laboratories and strives to provide reference about the innovation of laboratory talent cultivation.
