In the era of technology and humanity, digitization enhances the material and technical characteristics of the society.
A Proposal of Universal Design of the Elderly Electric Scooter Through market research and investigating the function, shape, materials, colors and processing of existing electric scooters of elderly; and analysis of the physiological characteristics and psychological needs of the elderly, we started the program design under the guidance of universal design concept and ergonomics.

Abstract.
A micro motor research institute, the motor assembly line decorated by experience results many problems such as waster of time, operation time imbalance between each station, material pool circulation and other issues.
Plane arrangement of the production line is a combination of personnel, material, equipment, from raw material into the assembly, delivery and so on all related process should try to reduce the waiting, the number of handling and moving distance, motor assembly site layout needs improvement and optimization with the process.

However, each of parameters is a large inertia and delay to wear resistance of the coating, and is slow time-varying and nonlinear,there is hard to build an accurate mathematical model or physical model which be described in many ways, so when studied high velocity arc spraying system modeling and simulation and identification system, generally based on experiences of trial or approximate to describe with multiple linear models at the equilibrium point
of nonlinear systems, which for such a serious arc spraying system how to do a smooth nonlinear change, reducing the small error which is still a lack of effective methods, the fuzzy model identification method is considered to be a feasible method to solve such problems [2-5].
1 Arc spraying materials and methods

With the spray voltage increased, the coating hardness decreased, and there is a slow downward trend below 30V and a rapid decline tends between 30V-40V in state, because the spray voltage increases, it will increase the temperature of the end of the wire material, the larger droplet size, metal oxide particles, oxide increased, will increase the coating hardness; Maintain the arc voltage between 30V-40V, causing the increase of coating porosity, and the burning of carbon coating also increased ,the carbon content decreased, the result of combined effects, with the spray voltage rise high, the coating hardness decreased.
