Mix 2 ml of 2 % GF solution with 2 ml of 3 % macromolecular materials (Casein, soybean protein, CMC-Na and peach gum) solution, and then put the mixed liquid in KDC low sped centrifuge (Chuangxin Co., Ltd.
As shown in Table 4, solubility of macromolecular materials did not change too much after addition of GF.
