Introduction Silicon carbide(SiC) is the material of choice for modern high power and high frequency semiconductor devices which could sustain extremly high temperatures.
This area, also called effective area, is usually smaller than the geometric area of the SBD and is an important factor in the evaluation of total current passing through the Schottky diode as can be seen in Eq. 1 below: I = A∗NAeffT2exp(−βΦ eff B )[exp(βVa) − 1]. (1) Where β = q/kT, with k as Boltzmann's constant; N is the total number of low barrier patches, present in the SBD, and is taken to be a free parameter which may vary with temperature or the kind of material used for the Schottky contact.

Introduction Geotechnical widely exist in nature, and as a structural engineering application is the most common and most massive materials, because of its porous, heterogeneous and structural property, and under the action of load of its internal structure and mechanical properties of continuous change, make it become the constitutive relationship of geotechnical engineering circles problem. The constitutive model of rock and soil research has two major branches: one is the mechanics of continuous media, through its continuous medium mechanics phenomenological method and dissipative process of irreversible thermodynamics, materials on the macroscopic mechanical response, the material constitutive model;Another kind is the micromechanics, it through the soil microstructure and micro crack (void ) damage evolution process, study material deformation and damage the relationship between variables, derivation of the constitutive relation of material.Although both methods are different, but
The use hypothesis of Sidoroff[4] elastic energy equivalence, role of stress in the damaged material and nondestructive material complementary elastic energy is in the same form .For nondestructive geotechnical materials complementary elastic energy can be expressed as: (3) and for damage of geotechnical materials complementary elastic energy can be expressed as (4) (5) where is the flexibility matrix, the damage effective flexibility matrix, the elastic stiffness matrix, and the stiffness matrix for injury.
It can get the anisotropic damage constitutive relation of geotechnical materials for: (6) Considered ( soil layered transversely isotropic ) material, then reduced to transversely isotropic damage soil damage variable matrix [5], D1 = D2 = DH, D3 = DV.

In AUTODYN, different materials should be defined in different invalidate modes[2].
Constitutive relation During the calculation process, the materials of both warhead and target simulation model should be Johnson-Cook model which has plastic and elastic attribute[5].
The parameter of warhead and target’s main material, and parameters of equation of state are in Table 1 and Table 2 (the parameters of materials are gained form reference materials and tests): TABLE I.

Introduction Although the high hardness, compactness, and thermal resistance of metal binder make the metal bonded superabrasive tools successful in precision machining of hard brittle materials, such as advanced ceramics, glass and crystal, it cause difficulties in dressing [1-3].
Dressing principle of PSST In the PSST, the soluble fillers, which can be metal, metal oxide or non-metal oxide materials, are added in the metal binder.
