They're quite different type materials between steel tube and concrete, material differences will affect the strength of stcc.
Concrete Materials.Due to space limitations in the steel tube, even use some superior materials, such as self-compacting concrete etc, but there may still be a lot of air bubbles in the concrete and the gaps, which has a big enough effect on strength of steel tube confined concrete because of the density of concrete .

The design incorporates low cost easily attainable materials; some of the materials are designed to be replaced after a few batches.
A list of materials is given below in Table 1.
These materials are low cost and each of the materials listed are explained in greater detail below.
The material the bags are made out of is thin cheap clear plastic.

The program allows create user defined material but offers only limited choice of material properties.
The program offers the most options for modeling of bearings, including non-linear materials based on elastomer to non-linear nodes and point links.
Eigenform, global RX rotation Acknowledgments The project was implemented with the financial support of the Scientific Grant Agency of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Slovak Republic.

Various approaches for cell formation have been proposed during the past several years, the
objective is often to maximize the total sum of similarities of parts in each cell, or to minimize
inter-cell material handling cost.
