A way to meet the needs of reduction of production periods together with cost reduction is the optimization of production processes.
Experiment 3 Cutting data: vc = 250 m.min-1; f = 0.15 mm; ap = 0.03 mm Time period of machining proportionally increased: tc= 12.28min.
A further significant reduction in performance period would bring a use of a cutting tool made of CBN with the rounding of rε 1.6.
I tis possible to save up to 5.207 minutes of a performance time per one bearing piece which represents a reduction of an original interval by 21% and a to cheapen production of a single operation by €5.64.

The alumina boats are responsible for the increase in the oxidation rate and
the reduction of NITs.
Secondly, there is a reduction in the density of NITs by two orders of magnitude.
These three properties are always observed when strong reduction of NITs is observed.
The SIMS data of the reference samples (not shown) show comparable levels of Fe and Ni while the peak concentrations of Na and K are about two orders of magnitude lower than in oxide grown using the alumina boats.
Based on the experimental data we suggest that the near-interface traps are not formed in significant quantities when the oxidation rate is enhanced in the presence of sodium.

Moreover, a clear distinction between the AE outputs of specimens with different failure modes, in both SRG- and GFRP-strengthened specimens, is found which allows characterizing the debonding failure mode based on acoustic emission data.
These emissions are detected on the material’s surface by means of piezoelectric transducers, pre-amplified, filtered and amplified before being sent to the data logger.
Instead of the seismic b-value, an improved b-value (Ib-value), in which the number of AE data taken into account is set before calculation, is usually applied for AE applications in concrete and rock.
A slight 6% reduction of the average maximum debonding force was observed in GFRP-strengthened brick specimens after exposure to environmental conditions, which contrasts with a significant 27% reduction for SRG-strengthened brick specimens.
The AE data, and more specifically the detected AE energy, was found to be in correlation with the failure mode in both type of specimens.

Orientation distribution
functions for copper cold rolled
to the reduction of 70% (a) and
ferritic steel cold rolled to the
reduction of 96 % (b).
The 11F vs. sin2 ψ graphs for cold rolled copper (reduction of 70%) and cold rolled ferritic steel (reduction of 95%), calculated using orientation distribution functions presented in Fig.4.
Experimental and theoretical 11F vs. sin2 ψ graphs for cold rolled ferritic steel (reduction of 95%, see Fig. 4b).
In Fig.6 the classical models (Reuss and Voigt) and the self-consistent approaches (for free surface and interior) are compared with the experimental data.
The latter results are very close to the diffraction elastic constants predicted by Reuss model, which also agree with the experimental data.

The implementation of data mining software into a company’s intranet or a web search engine is no longer a problem due to rising software performance.
In the vision of CPPS data access will be possible in real time and with high resolution.
According to Hilbert, the data processing performance of hardware devices pH is growing with a yearly rate of 8%.
Further, the performance growth of data compression capabilities of new software pS is growing with a rate of 11% per year.
· fSS: the utilised ERP-System does not allow the integration of data which is generated with isolated software applications by employees in different departments

In this study, we apply
a method to reduce orientation data of a microstructure to a small number of texture components by
using a partitioning technique of the orientation space [6].Representative reduction of texture data
For the identification of main texture components obtained from texture measurements, as, e.g., electron
backscatter diffraction, the orientation data is mapped into the Euler space.
In the sequel, the cubic FZ labelled with 3 in Fig. 1(left) is used to decrease the experimentally measured orientation data.
The measured orientation data being present in one box is averaged by taking into account the inhomogeneous metric of the Euler space.
By using this technique, large orientation data sets can be representatively reduced in order to be efficiently usable in simulations [6].
An example of the orientation distribution of the texture data used for this study is shown in Fig. 2.

This paper describes a new testing equipment developed to perform geogrid creep tests under confined load and in different temperatures simultaneously, and the confined load and temperature factors’ influence on the creep characteristics of geogrid was researched systemically , then the tests data was dealt by correlation analysis. The results shows that :the influence of confined load on geogrid creep is very significant, creep tests under no confined load will produce conservative results .The influence of confined load is weaker than the influence of temperature factor.
Introduction Geogrid is a kind of reinforced materials, which is widely used in geotechnical engineering. The geogrid creep stress relaxation is the main reason that lead to the geogrid failure eventually. In the project, conventional tests,time-temperature superposition tests(TTS) and stepped isothermal tests(SIM) are carried out to predict the long-term creep and calculate the creep strain reduction .

The up and down trip directions of the buses are roughly comparable. 2989s time data totaling 10107 datasets were obtained during the obtained, and the transient output voltages and currents of the buses were taken.
Using battery electric vehicles as a substitute for public transition lines based on conventional vehicles has great potential for emission reduction.
These are equivalent to a reduction of 95%, 99%, 89% and 87%, respectively.
The older the vehicles used in the substituted line, the higher the emission reduction effect.
Conclusions After follow-up analysis of the immense emission reduction potential displayed by battery electric buses of different technical levels over many years, Pure electric car is cheaper than gasoline savings.
