Selection of element.
FEP is a anisotropic material.
Many literatures confirm that FRP’s constitutional relationship is near perfect elastic material, so we think BFRP sheet’s constitutional relationship is linear.
It is a anisotropic material and it’s axial Poisson’s ratio is only 0.015~0.06 while concrete’s ratio is 0.1~0.2.

Equipment has many attributes such as type attribute, working capacity attribute and state attribute, which can be represented by DVT, DVC, DVS; method can be described by WST,WSI,WSP which present the resources type attribute technological process information attribute and parameter attribute respectively; material includes material type attribute. material performance attribute and material state attribute which are denoted as MTT,MTP,MTS; the factor of personnel consist of type attribute ability attribute and status attribute and these attributes can be represented by PST,PSA,PSS; environment has its basic attribute —EVP.
