Abstract.
The material is slided down from the top of feed slider and an eddy current is induced in nonferrous metals in the material; this eddy current produces a negative magnetic field to the magnet, so that a repulsive force is acted on the metals, resulting to the separation of the metals from the material.
When a batch of material is finished, a metal product and nonmetallic product are respectively achieved.

Introduction The multi-phase alloys are the most popular engineering materials [1], where one phase acts as the matrix and the others serve as the reinforcing elements.
Predication of solidification path Some assumptions are introduced into the models as the following: 1) The diffusion of solute in solid is neglected, and the diffusion is the only way of the solute transmit in liquid; 2) The thermodynamic equilibrium are taken between the solid and liquid concentration and temperature of solid/liquid interface during solidification; 3) The grain is spherical and there is no material exchange with another grain.

It has been widely used to obtain an optimum strength/material mass ratio for structures under specified load conditions [3].In our case modeling and initial optimization was done in Pro/EngineerTMto save time however AnsysTM is used for final FEM structural analysisto get accurate results as analysis in Pro/EngineerTM is relatively less accurate because of lesser number of nodes generated while meshing the part.

It will be even resulfurization phenomena for the raw materials [2~4].
The iron materials would increase and the smelting state was also much bad.

Abstract.
The reason was that with the increase of Zn/Al molar ratio, there were more ZnO in the product, and compared to Al2O3, ZnO was a kind of material that was easy to form a specific shape. The reason that whisker was observed was that there were channels for ion diffusion in ion exchange resin, and during the calcination ZnO was formed in the channels of ion exchange resin, namely the ion exchange resin had a neat effect on the microstructure of product.
