Methane Sensor Arrangement Method in the Coal Mining Face Inlet Lane Chungang Zhao, Man Yan and Ping Gong (Computer and Information Engineering College, Heilongjiang Institute of Science and Technology, Heilongjiang, Harbin 150027,China) E-mail: zcg966@sohu.com Keywords: Sensor;Gas reflux;Coal mining face;Power concentration Abstract:This paper theoretically analyzed the distribution of gas concentration in the coal mining face inlet lane under normal ventilation and provided a theoretical basis for sensor arrangement.Monitoring the gas reflux in the coal mining face, and it is difficult to simultaneously simulate the air flow in inlet lane, the air flow in coal mining face and gas outburst in coal mining face lead to gas reflux into inlet lane from the perspective of simulation. So we calculate the range of the highest concentration in target monitoring area under certain confidence interval, and determine the location of methane sensor placement, alarm concentration and power concentration. So
When the German science and technology workers did the experiment in Borussia Dortmund mining area [2], they obtained the gas layer reflux simulation results .

Introduction Hydrogen is a non-pollution energy and an important chemical raw material, however, hydrogen energy has not been fully and widely used, because hydrogen is dangerous due to its smallest molecule and flammable characteristic which affect the hydrogen manufacture, storage, transportation, etc.
To reflective optical fiber hydrogen sensor, the reflective interface should be coated hydrogen sensitive material and Ag (hydrogen sensitive film modulation layer), so the interface can be a kind of metal interface.

From the above analysis, it can be seen, the open circuit voltage, the short circuit current and the conversion efficiency of the photovoltaic cell relates to substrate material and emitter doping concentration, etc.
Under same conditions PV cells and CMOS devices of preparation material parameters, the PV cells are designed and its conversion efficiency is 9.43%.

From the scanning electron photomicrograph shown, the weak flushing samples are filled uniformly by the cement and interstitial material, the more fine grains can be seen in the pore.
While the strong washing sample are filled unordered by the cement and interstitial material, what enrich in the part of small pore throat, and the large pore throat had been flushed clearly, the big pore channel exists obviously.
