After the materials are mixed proportionally, the materials are charged into the model from the top to a certain height and then they will be discharged from the bottom.
Moreover, the materials addition and excretion can be calculated according to the practical production and mass conservation law.

Conventionally, Gas tungsten Arc (GTA) and Plasma Transferred Arc (PTA) Deposition techniques are used to coat the steel substrate material.
Experimental Procedure Materials: Stainless steel 316 LN, the main material used in the nuclear components such as grid plate and components of diverse safety rod drive mechanism was used as the substrate material.
As a result, the material as a whole can be viewed as various cut sections and the defects, if any, could be easily quantified.

Introduction At present, many engineering applications have change to microsize, and the characterization of the materials' intrinsic mechanical properties including yield strength, elastic modulus and many others has become increasingly complex.
There have been numerous experimental studies and FE simulation the nanoindentation test of many materials including pure materials and thin films.
The experiment press-in displacement was 300nm and the FE simulation materials height and diameter were 200µm, 300µm, respectively.
