It has been widely used to obtain an optimum strength/material mass ratio for structures under specified load conditions [3].In our case modeling and initial optimization was done in Pro/EngineerTMto save time however AnsysTM is used for final FEM structural analysisto get accurate results as analysis in Pro/EngineerTM is relatively less accurate because of lesser number of nodes generated while meshing the part.

Components' thermal thresholds Component Tsup (°C) Tsup*(°C) CPU 94.00 91.00 DIMM 87.00 84.00 Chipset 88.00 84.00 PSU 110.00 107.00 HDD/SSD 60.00 55.00 Three useful materials for the simulation model were considered.
These materials are widely considered in server designs.
The selected materials were used in [5] and [19] in their server and desktop computer simulations, respectively.
This method was applied in [34] to minimize the deformation of the server bottom cover considering concepts of the science of materials; in our case, the optimization strategy will aim to optimize the heat transfer processes within the server, minimizing the differential temperature, improving the airflow behavior and reducing costs.

He investigated the fatigue behaviour of materials under constant loading amplitude regime.
Fatigue damage in materials can be classified into two broad categories, namely crack initiation and crack propagation.
The damage variable D has a value of 0 for virgin material and 1 (or less than 1) for completely damaged material.

Introduction Composites are usually synthesized using similar and/or dissimilar materials for some specific purpose, where a single material or alloy could not be satisfying to the requirement [1].
The elimination of porosity in the preform alters the initial volume substantially that complicated the development of plasticity theory in P/M materials.
Therefore the materials parameters such as Poisson’s ratio, modulus of elasticity would undergo changes along with pore closure.

Fig.2 Microstructures of FSW joint for Al5083-O alloy: (a) the base material, (c) the stirred zone. 3.2 Result of tensile test The results of tensile test of Al5083-O alloy base material and FSW joint are shown in Table 2.The tensile strength of each condition of FSW is the same as base material.
The FSW joint has lower fatigue limit than base material.
But, 500 rpm-100 mm/min specimen showed fatigue failure at HAZ the same as base material.
