The functional materials such as sapphire, silicon wafer etc. are processed efficiently
with ultra-smooth surface for the demand of the rapid development of the IC industry.
The precise double sided polishing process is one of the main methods of getting the ultra-smooth surface for these materials.
(c) High efficiency and high quality of polishing process can be done through process parameters data-base established for different materials, which will eliminate the possible influence caused by ordinary operation effectively.

Experimental
As initial materials various types of renewable vegetable feed were used: moss Sphagnum fuscum and Sphagnum magellanicum and also stems of gumbo (Abelmoschus esculentus) of “Green velvet” sort and sprouts of corn of “Catherine SV” sort.

CFRP is a new kind of building materials popularly used in structure strengthening.
When CFRP is used to strengthen the masonry structures built by the traditional building materials-bricks and mortar, good reinforcing effect will be achieved.
Material property of contact elements was defined as that of masonry materials.
Blocks and mortar should be considered as two different materials in establishing finite element models in order to simulating the actual masonry structure better.
Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. 2005, 22(5):105~108(in Chinese)

Monolithic materials could be extruded successfully only with the plasticity ranging from 0.177 to 0.473.
The mechanical strength of the extruded materials wasevaluated with a DLⅡintelligent strengthdeterminator.
The optimum proportion of the raw materials through orthogonal experiment is 75% zeolite powder, 25% SB powder, 8%nitrate and 60% water(mass ratio of raw materials and dry powder).

Due to the above mentioned merits, the PLA materials have been widely used in food packaging field, nonwovens applications and consumer packaged goods as the most promising new materials [11-12].
Therefore study of modified PLA to improve the stability of the materials become more active by researchers [14-15].
