Abstract.
For example, design modification, handling on-site visa as well as the rise of expenses for equipment, materials and manpower.
The objective control is conducted from the angle of the real estate development enterprises—the contractors and emphasizes the control of various costs and expenses in the construction process, including the control of construction period, design modification and on-site visa as well as the control of expenses for manpower, materials and machinery equipment and indirect cost.
According to the experience of the United States, in carrying out the policies for public house construction, one of the negative effects in large-scale concentrated construction is that it has intensified the polarization between the rich and the poor in urban residential space, concentration of poverty and social segregation, aggravated social instability, and made the US government have to re-consume large quantities of manpower and material and financial resources to carry out the policy of mixed settlement to alleviate poverty concentration.

Decomposition temperature’s marked increasing may result from substituent (-SO3H)’s existence making the material’s symmetry become better, which will make the material insensitive and stable.
SEM photograph Figure.4 showed the SEM photographs of raw material PP-g-St fiber and SACEF production.
The chemical structure of PP-based cationic exchange fiber has no difference with granular ion exchange resin but the fibrous appearance made it has special characteristics in property and plays a unique role where most traditional materials couldn’t work.

A typical analysis of steady state heat transfer includes four steps:
Before modeling we should firstly define job file name, job title and the use of the unit system, after we enter the processing stage, the completed work includes: selection of unit type, setting unit options, setting real constant, materials thermal properties, geometric model, setting the grid cell size and generation of finite element analysis grid unit.
In the set of material properties, it is noteworthy that not only to give the elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio, but also gives the thermal conductivity.

These solvent systems can offer a novel chemical environment because of their unique properties such as negligible vapor pressure, low melting points, wide range of liquid temperatures(up to 400˚C), low toxicity, non-flammability, large electrochemical window, good solvents for many organic and inorganic materials, high ionic conductively and thermal stability[2].
