Abstract: Polyurethane elastomers (PUE) were prepared by casting method using the prepolymer and the chain extender.
In this work, the PUE for drum scraper were prepared by casting method choosing poly(tetramethylene glycol ether) (PTMG) and toluene diisocyanate (TDI) as raw materials, and 3,5-dimetylthio toluene diamine (DMTDA, product code E-300) as chain extender.
Experimental Section Materials.

Concrete had been a well known base material for construction worldwide.
Supplementary material such as silica fume or fly ash is very well-know to effectively reduce the total volume of pore.
Lime stone powder can also be used as a filling material to fill pores in concrete [4].
Experimental Procedure Materials used in this research consisted of Ordinary Portland cement (Elephant brand, complying with ASTM Type I, manufactured by Siam Cement Co., Ltd.), river sand, coarse aggregate (MSA 25mm) had specific gravities of 2.70 and water absorptions of 0.38%., water, Superplasticizer (Sika® ViscoCrete® -10, polycarboxylic acid-based) and quarry dust collected from the quarry industry located in The East of Thailand.

Besides, the low-energy electrons make little mechanical damage to the materials being processed and have very small proximity effect caused by electron scattering that results in degradation of image quality.
Therefore the BSE intensities are different each other according to the materials where the back-scattering take place, and it would be desirable to select the materials of the substrate and registration mark whose attractive forces on electron are different very much.

In order to provide convenient, quick, safe and efficient traffic in winter, thawing-out materials with salt are often scattered to such as roads, bridges and city overpasses to thaw out ice or snow so as to prevent slipping.
There are usually two possible ways for chloride ion intrusion in concrete: one is impregnation with chloride ion in raw material or in other admixtures.
All the sources of chloride ion in concrete include in sea environment, industrial environment, raw materials and thawing-out materials.

Afer three-dimensional entity model of working mechanism was built, rigid bodies, materials and marker points were defined by Mechanism/pro in Pro/E environment.
Afer rigid bodies, materials and marker points all had been defined, the date was transfered from Pro/E to ADAMS, and then unconstrained rigid model of working mechanism was built.
The steps using ANSYS to create Modal Neutral File is: Defining element type and real constant→Defining material→meshing→Defining rigid areas and interface nodes→generating Modal Neutral File.
