In this paper, the fatigue reliability analysis on the connecting rod was carried out concerned with uncertainties such as random loads and material properties.
The performance function of the structure can be expressed as , (6) where is the minimum fatigue safety index, is implicit function of random variable, such as loads, material properties and member geometry.
The connecting rod as shown in Fig. 2 is the most important part, which is made of 42CrMoA, material parameters Poisson’s ratio , density ,Young's modulus E=206 GPa, tensile strength , fatigue strength .

In the discrete element method (DEM) model, the value of friction is determined according to the material of particle or wall, and the rough degree and coefficient of sliding friction, generally takes it from 0 to 1, and the value of the coefficient of rolling friction is smaller. 3 Numerical simulation Particles flow and mixed because of the common function of gravity and axial rotational motion in equipment, but for the complexity of particle flow, particle flow and hybrid mechanism researched is less, so far only a few scholars abroad devote to the hybrid mechanism.
For cone mixer is concerned, hybrid materials in mixer are mainly affected by particle properties, density, size and shape, capacity of mixer and mixer speed and the influence of operating conditions.
