Abstract: In order to simplify the process of detecting pesticide residues in vegetables, reducing detection time to find a more efficient detection method, ultrahigh pressure processing technique was applied to NIR detection experiments on dimethoate residues in Chinese cabbage, the spectral data was pre-processed and optimized and a spectrum model was established.
Combining the NIR with ultrahigh pressure technology, to detect pesticide residues in vegetables, can also resolve the problems such as low data stability due to samples difference, and not ideal limits for NIR method[7]. 1 Experimental Material, Equipment and Methods 1.1 Materials and reagents Chinese cabbage, market purchased; standard dimethoate, 99%; acetone, AR; methylene chloride, HPLC grade; anhydrous sodium sulfate, sodium chloride, Celite545, distilled water. 1.2 Instruments and equipment VECTOR 22 / N FT-NIR spectrometer, Bruker Corporation; DL700-0.55 × 1.5 ultrahigh pressure isostatic press, the Shanghai Dalong Machinery Works; FA2004B electronic balance (accuracy of 0.1mg) Jilin Huicheng Technology Co., Ltd.; Agilent GC- MC 6890-5673 gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer, the United States; RE52C rotary evaporator, Shanghai Qingpu Huxi company; 1.3 Experimental methods 1.3.1 Pesticide residues concentration plan (1) Preparation concentration of dimethoate in Chinese
Then use Buchner funnel and medium speed filter paper filtering the material in bag to get the vegetables extract solution; (3) Weigh the solid standard dimethoate by electronic balance and place it in a centrifuge tube of 10mL; to dissolve the solid dimethoate with vegetable extracts to prepare a vegetable extract solution at concentrations ranging from 10-3 to 10-6.

Depending on certain parameters (load, materials in contact, speed, lubricant) in point contact with rolling other lubrication regimes appear: IVR – isoviscous-rigid or hydrodynamic regime (HD); PVR - piezoviscous-rigid regime and IVE - isoviscous-elastic regime [5].

Preface
R3Fe29-x T x (R is lanthanon, T is transition race element) is a new lanthanon—transition race metal compound that is found in recent decade [1-4], thereinto, the gap nitride and carbide of Sm3Fe29-xCrx (T=Ti, V, Cr, Mo) have upper courier temperature and uniaxial anisotropism, and other better permanent magnetic characteristic, they can be the candidate material of a new gap nitride and carbide lanthanon permanent magnetic material [5, 6].
Especially, in recent research we find that R3 (Fe, CO, T)29(R=Sm, Nd, Gd) compound that is mixed Co also can obtain upper courier temperature and uniaxial anisotropism, and other better permanent magnetic characteristic, farther to exploit a new lanthanon permanent magnetic material[7, 8].
Measuring Result and Analyzing The sample is prepared in Institute of physics, Chinese Academy Sciences [3].
