Load the Three-dimensional model of the Chassis into Ansys12.0, when materials and attribute chosen, grid division, and Chassis constraint are finished (refer to above paragraphs), load and proceed to finite element mechanics analysis.

In this work, the PUE for drum scraper were prepared by casting method choosing poly(tetramethylene glycol ether) (PTMG) and toluene diisocyanate (TDI) as raw materials, and 3,5-dimetylthio toluene diamine (DMTDA, product code E-300) as chain extender.
