Expanding Sidoroff damage model to 3D stress state, it was supposed that the damage of rock materials is a function of equivalent strain.[5-6]
Hence,the mechanical parameters of rock materials can be deteriorated by damage function related with equivalent strain[7,8].
Rock materials According to damage deterioration model of rigid rock mass and mechanical test results of rock materials, the parameters of rock materials in computation region were determined.

Abstract: The door beam inside the car door is an key component to improve the security of passengers, most great automobile manufacturing companies use ultra-high strength steel plate to manufacture it,however, it is very difficult to form in room temperature,so commonly it is made by hot stamping but the cost is too high.
The analysis of door beam forming process The shape of the door beam part is shown in Figure 1, the material ultra-high strength steel Docol1200M from SSAB steel company of Sweden.

Materials and fabrication methods
The glulam beams tested in this study are made of Northeast Dahurian Larch, with the average density of 0.55 g/cm3 and the average moisture content of 13%, referred to single-layer plank with specifications for 2100 mm x 150 mm x 30 mm.
Actually, glulam beams are composed of two materials, namely planks and structural adhesives.
In the following analyses, glulam is simplified as transversal isotropic materials in this paper.
