Analysis on vibration modal and noise radiation of cutter-workpiece for heavy milling processing Yanan Gonga, Yaonan Chengb, Xiaochun Aoc, Yizhi Liud, Fugang Yane Mechanical & Power Engineering, Harbin University of Science and Technology, Harbin, 150080 agynhaoren@126.com, byaonancheng@163.com, caxch@21cn.com, dlyz701119@tom.com, Keywords: vibration modal; noise radiation; noise field distribution; heavy milling Abstract: For improving heavy milling machining environment, take the vibration modal and noise radiation distribution of milling cutter-workpiece as the research object, according to the characteristics of milling, consider vibration and noise generation in the milling process comprehensively, first establish the geometry model of cutter-workpiece, and then conduct finite element modal simulation and calculate the vibration response, so as to predict the distribution of noise field, and analyze the noise radiation, finally verify the vibration noise distribution of cutter-workpiece
According to subsequent experimental conditions, the machine model selects vertical knee and column milling machine X5030A, the cutting tool selects Φ160mm milling cutter, the blade selects ISCAR- LNAW 1506PN-R-S blade, workpiece material selects steel 45, using the symmetrical milling mode, establish geometric model of the tool and the workpiece system.

Study on Thermal Deformation Behavior of Cu-P Weathering Steel Xin Zhang 1, a, Yi Xiong 2, b 1College of Materials Science and Engineering, Henan University of Science and Technology, Luoyang 471003, Henan, china 2Henan key laboratory of advanced non-ferrous metals, Luoyang 471003, Henan, china azhangxin_sdtj@126.com, bxy_hbdy@163.com Keywords:Weathering steel, Deformation temperature, Strain rate, Thermal deformation equation, Recrystallization Abstract.Using thermal simulator (Gleeble 1500D), the thermal deformation behavior of Cu-P weathering steel containing Cr, Ni, Mo under the conditions of various deformation temperatures and strain rates was studied.
The thermal deformation testing of the materials was achieved using the Gleeble 1500D-type thermal simulator.
This is because enhancing deformation temperature can make the materials generate new slip system and cause the stress decrease.

The figure shows the influence of alloying elements on the fatigue life of the materials.
In this report they have analyzed a large number of materials used in the aircraft industry usually for the shell elements.
As for the tested materials the aluminium 24S T-3 and 75S-T6 have been used.

The geopolymer concrete material is mainly formed by two constituents the source materials and the alkaline liquids.
An alumina-silicate material as the main materials for geopolymers should be dominated in silicon (Si) and aluminum (Al).
Otherwise, by-product materials such as fly ash, silica fume, slag, rice-husk ash, or red mud could be used as the source materials.
The concrete mixing procedure for this project was adjusted to obtain the proper homogeneity of dry materials and wet materials.
