The material of the docking ring is aluminum alloy, whose density is; the modulus of elasticity is 70GPa; the Poisson's ratio is 0.33.
Quartz crystal material density is; the modulus of elasticity is 90GPa; the Poisson's ratio is 0.25.
Fig.7 Structure of calibration arm To verify the influence of calibration arm deformation on the calibration result, finite element analysis is conducted on the calibration arm in ANSYS software. 65Mn is selected as the material of the arm, whose elastic modulus is 200GPa, and Poisson's ratio is 0.3. 1250N, 1250N and 2500N are applied along X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis on the calibration arm.

Conclusions
The integral reported here is an accurate, reliable for the calculation of the intensity of singular stress distribution in plane, isotropic elastic material problems.

Static analysis of vacuum chamber
According to the characteristics of 3D model and structural features, there choose solid element type Solid92, utilize equilibrium of forces and the boundary conditions of structure, then connect the elements in accordance with the original structure to form whole finite element equation shown below[4]
Optimization and static analysis on structure of the vacuum chamber There are various options on the optimization of a chamber when it is designed, for example, choosing a material with high stiffness, increasing the chamber’s thickness or the number of ribs, etc.
Taking the conditions of practical production into account, replacement of better material or increase the thickness of chambers can have a significant raise in facility cost.

Piezoelectric materials such as aluminium nitride (AlN) and zinc oxide (ZnO) are mainly used in the FBAR.
Ru is used as the electrode material for FBAR in K-band frequency due to its higher acoustic impedance than other electrode materials [1].
The disagreement on the suppression is due to material loss from the piezoelectric material and electrodes.

Introduction
Using waste materials in the construction industry becomes one of the opportunities for material recycling.
Experimental Program Materials and Mixture Proportion.
The mixing started from dry cementitious materials (FFA and GGBFS) for 30 seconds using the handheld concrete mixer at a lower speed for 30 seconds.
Afterward, hand mixing was performed for 60 seconds to scrape down the materials collected on the container side.

Strength properties of the material decrease with increasing
of annealing temperature whereas, on the contrary, plastic properties increase.
Experiment The initial material was in the form of pickled cuts of the hot rolled strip with thickness of 3.9 mm.
It is possible to say that up to a value of deformation degree ε = 30 % virtually no recrystallization occurs and the material undergoes work hardening.
