Introduction
Porosity is an important property for the characterization of transport properties in fluids flow, which can reflect the structures of porous media and is quite significant in the fields such as catalysis, oil recovery, aging of building materials and so on.
Because the prediction of transport properties in porous materials is of great importance in various fields, porosity must be available in order to predict the fluids flow properties quantificationally [1].
In some science applications, one often needs to account for a large variety of data with different support volumes carrying information at different scales.

The test about Real urban landscape water shows total phosphorus is 0.35 mg·L-1 , when the additive quantity of modified fly ash is 200 mg·L-1, the concentration of the water reduce to the level of 0.01 mg·L-1 ,which is up to the first class of landscape water quality standard (GB18921-2002)
Introduction
Phosphorus is one of the main pollutants in urban sewage, it is also an important cause which contributes to the eutrophication [1], the data shows that the ecological balance of the water environment will be damaged [2] when the total phosphorus concentration reach the degree of 0.02 mg / L in the water.As the solid waste discharged from coal-fired power plants, metallurgy, chemical industry and so on , Fly ash has a wide range of sources of raw materials with low prices,it is the largest emission of industrial solid waste [3] in China .

With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the pressure leak detection technology has been widely used in various fields, including aerospace, aviation, refrigeration, automotive industry, etc.[1,2]Development and high reliability required lower limit of the pressure leak calibration [3], background leakage caused by temperature change was one of the most important factors for affecting calibration of pressure leak accurately[4].
